Terms & Conditions
DISCLAIMER: THE WRITTEN TERMS BELOW ARE TERMS ON WHICH HARLEY ELITE GROUP PROVIDES SERVICES TO ITS CLIENTS/PATIENTS. PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING YOUR CONSULTATION AND/OR PROCEDURE WITH THE CLINIC.
1.1 Non-Surgical Appointments/Booking & Deposit
We require every client/patient to make a £50 holding deposit to secure an appointment for any surgical or non-surgical treatments/consultations, which is fully refundable/redeemable for treatment or products.
Please note that there is no refund issued after completion of non-surgical treatments.
We may accept post-treatment correction or top-up, which varies depending on treatment. In such a case, the client pays the cost of the product that is used, at 30% of the initial treatment charge.
Note that non-surgical procedures that are booked as a model do not go by the rules above. Full payment is expected at least 24 hours before the training begins.
1.2 Cancellation Fees
Please note that this holding deposit/consultation fee is non-refundable if you fail to attend your appointment or cancel within 48-hours of the time of the appointment (our 48-hour cancellation policy kicks in).
For existing patients, we charge a £100 administration fee if you fail to arrive, arrive late, cancel the appointment, or reschedule the appointment without providing 48 hours’ notice.
Patients who have pre-purchased a course of treatment will forfeit one of the treatments from the course of treatments.
If a genuine provable reason prevents you from attending at the last minute or you are in receipt of a medical certificate stating that you were too ill to attend, your default fee may be refunded.
A late arrival could result in reduced consultation and/or treatment time.
Harley Elite Group will endeavor to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, for reasons beyond our control, we may need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice. In this unlikely event, we will make every effort to contact you in advance. We do not offer compensation if we cancel your appointment.
1.3 Payments
All the treatments booked must be paid in full on arrival at the clinic, prior to the treatment starting time. Clients/patients who have purchased a course of treatment may exchange them, providing a reasonable explanation. Treatment that has been bought with a discount will be calculated on the full list price per course and per treatment.
1.4 Treatment Sessions
All treatment purchased as a session must be paid in full in advance (before the start of the procedure) of the first treatment. The treatment must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase. It is possible to exchange sessions, upon the discretion of the practitioner.
2.1 Surgical Appointments Booking & Deposit
Prior to your appointment, we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time. A missed appointment without prior notice will be charged fully. Our clinic has the right to postpone your treatment; we will make every effort to contact you in advance. Please note that the client may reschedule their existing appointments for a maximum of three times.
During revision surgery, a patient has to cover only expenses of the hospital.
2.2 Payments
Full payment of the treatment is required at least 14 days before the surgery.
2.2.1 Deposits for Surgical Treatment
The deposit will be required upon booking. The deposit for the surgical procedure is non-refundable. In case the client is claiming a refund due to a serious reason such as illness or injury, documentation from a GP or confirmation of diagnosis from a specialist will be required. This option for a refund is valid for one year after the deposit is paid. Once this period is exceeded, unfortunately, we will not be able to make any refund.
2.3 Revisions
Every revision after the treatment is free of charge for our clinic. The patient is responsible only for the hospital fees that may be required.
2.4 Cancellation Policy
During the planning of a surgical operation, if a cancellation is made with less than 14 days before the procedure date, 50% of the deposit is refundable from the full payment. Cancellation with more than 14 days from the surgery date, 25% is refundable. In case of a “no-show”, the fee will be non-refundable. Cancellations are accepted over the phone followed by an email or through email.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require 48 hours’ notice. If you fail to attend the scheduled surgery without giving us a serious reason, your deposit is not refundable.
2.5 Child Policy
Due to Care Quality Commission regulations, we cannot treat people who are under 18 years of age. Please be aware that we will have to turn you away if you bring someone under the age of 16 and you are not the legal guardian of the said person, despite your booked appointment. In the event of this, we will have to cancel the appointment, and the above cancellation fees will apply.
3.0 Complaints Procedure
Complaints are taken very seriously at Harley Elite Group. In the event that a patient has a complaint, they should speak to one of our Patient Care Specialists at the earliest opportunity, who will endeavor to resolve any issue(s). If, however, a patient feels that the issue(s) are not resolved to their complete satisfaction, a formal complaint can be lodged and submitted.
